Login to your student finance account online to find out when you'll get your payments, or view copies of letters that have been sent to you by Student Finance England or Student Finance Direct.
You can also update your student finance account details (for example, your email address, term-time and home address and bank details) online.
If you need to access your student finance account but have forgotten your login ID or password, you can request a reminder online. Your login details will be sent to you immediately by email.
